Vendors, please read thoroughly.  

Hey! Thanks for stopping by.  If you are reading this, you have been personally invited by Cryss or another member of the BCC team.  We want to take a moment to remind you we are going to have a great time and we want YOU to particpate.  There will be food, lite bites, great music and more!!! 

 If you know anything about Cryss and Body Crystals Co., you know we are all about having a great time, connecting people together and allowing you and your brand to gain more exposure. 

 We do not require vendors to possess licenses and permits to participate as a vendor in the state of GA unless you are serving food. It is the responsibility of the individual business to collect sales tax and pay federal, state and local taxes and comply with all applicable rules and regulations.

There are limited spots available and are granted on a first come first serve basis.  Please note, all vendor registrations are non-refundable.

All vendors are responsible for bringing their own table and we will provide you with two (2) chairs. 

All vendors will be responsible for dressing their own tables. 

All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space, otherwise a $50 cleanup fee will be assessed and you will not be eligible to participate at any future events.

Our pop up shop thrives to honor category exclusivity.  For instance, if you sell apparel, you will be the only apparel vendor on site. It's important that you are seen within your category and can gain full visibility to everyone at the venue.

If you are selling food/drinks, you must provide a current certificate of insurance valued at $1M.


Vendors fees must be paid by November 1, 2019.  We will NOT hold spaces, vendor payments will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Vendors: $100

Food Vendors: $125

Set up begins at 6:00pm.  Vendors arriving after 6:30pm will NOT be allowed to setup and your space and registration fee will be forfeited. If you arrive after start time, you will not be allowed to set up and you forfeit your vendor fee.  No exceptions.

Vendors must check in with a member of the Body Crystals Co. staff to receive assigned table space.

Doors will open promptly at 6:00pm.

Breakdown may begin 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.

Vendors who leave prior to closing will not be allowed to participate in future events.
