RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept refunds due to the nature of the product. All our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.
We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping will not be accepted.
We do not under any circumstance refund shipping costs.
If you think the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours so we can assess the problem. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Currently, we only ship within the United States and the U.S. Territories. Orders over $65 receive complimentary Priority Mail via USPS. Shipping via UPS is available for an upcharge.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Atlanta, GA. Orders will be processed Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within the following 2-3 business days.
Due to COVID-19, packages shipped via USPS may experience extended delivery delays. We appreciate your patience and business during this time.
